The Visiting Captain and the Home Team Captain shall exchange line-up sheets with their player's names printed in the proper spaces. Each Captain shall complete the opponent's form by printing his player's names in the proper spaces.

Note: The Home team Captain is responsible for posting the match results on the web site (http://www.50plustennis.com), no later than 6:00 PM the evening of each match.
